I just got my very first ticket! I'm approved to take an online defensive driving class. Does anyone have any suggestions as to which ones are the best to take or which ones to stay away from? They all seem to be approx. the same price ($25) and they all seem to be very similar from their websites (they all take 6 hrs). Just want this to be as painless as possible! :-)
TIA

My husband has done defensivedriving.com and it has worked out fine.

It asks you random questions throughout to make sure the you are the person taking the class. You can come and go as you please.

No issues with it.

ETA: My daughter did the Spagetti Warehouse comedy one and it was fine. They provided food/drink and the instructors did everything but give them the answers to the test. She said they did make it entertaining.

They're all about the same. Just make sure they're approved by Texas and that you can take it in segments (quit and come back later).

I did the online one, but I since noticed that they have a class that is supposed to be humorous and includes dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse at 15th and I75 in Plano. If I had known about that, I may have done it. The online one was fine, but really boring. I did find that I learned something and I think it made me a better driver - I think everyone should take it every few years.
