They let me spread payments for complicated wisdom tooth surgery (I think it was almost $2000) into payments of $75/month. I hope it works for you! I don't know of any places, but I have heard that there are also normal dental offices that base fees on a sliding scale according to your income.
Hi, I suggest you go to Community Health Center King County in Kent that medical, dental and pharmacy make discount when you have no insurance. They will figure out to make discount the price and yes they accept to pay monthly. Also, Dental can refer to the oral surgery that dental have authorization for discount price.

Or You can pay 150 dollars for dental plans for general dentist, oral surgery, orthodontic, etc. Its good for 18 months. It will make discount, too.
You can check www.dentalplans.com
My two kids and I use the dental plans cuz of my son need to remove teeth before orthodontics so I decided to join the dental plans for discount so I can pay the reasonable prices.
