I have a 2 1/2 year old and we don't need the big diaper bag like when he was little. I'm looking for something smaller to just carry a couple diapers, wipes, drink and snack in. Does anyone know where I can get one that's still cute looking?

What can I do next?

C.,

At that age, I was so sick of carrying a diaper bag! I just went purse shopping, and found something large with a couple of pockets. I found one that had an outside pocket the perfect size for a sippy cup. You could also just get a larger tote style and put a couple of diapers in a large gallon ziploc bag.

I found this bag on clearance at Macy's and it has been perfect:

the outer pocket holds my wallet and checkbook. The large pocket holds a few pull ups, a wipes case, and a juice box and snack perfectly. I can even stash a lightweight change of clothes or a small book if I want to.

When my daughter was 2 I didn't want a diaper bag any more, so I bought her a cute little backpack and we used that instead.

Personally I just use a nice stylish, sort of large bag/purse that I can carry just a few diapers in, small thing of wipes, and then my things that would normally just be in my purse. If he's messy like my son, or has accidents sometimes I carry a change of clothes with me in there as well. Good luck.
