I've done Weight Watchers since December and breastfed the entire time. I also exercise at least 3 times a week with Stroller Strides. I've lost 5 inches from my waist and more from my hips. My husband has lost 67 lbs now, My in-laws have lost about 100 pounds combined, and my parents have lost about 70 pounds combined. WW works!
I also recently took up running (training for a 5k) and I lost another inch in just a few weeks of running!
