Here is the problem, they will mess up your metabolism to the point that you will have problems keeping your weight normal no matter what you do, plus, heart problems, shortness of breath, thyroid. the list goes on & on! First, join a little program, Dr. Phil, weight watchers, something that you can do online. I'm sure you have no time, so just do the ones that you get your menus on line. or do a heart healthy diet plan.
And get "Leslie Sansone, Walk away your waistline" walking is the best thing for you! She has a great program that you will love & it's so easy to learn, in no time you will be able to do it from memory while watching the news or Everybody Loves Raymond. It's really good & you can move up! Remember one thing, just one thing.
Burn more calories than you take in. That's it!
