Herbalife shakes are awesome. They have 9 or 10 grams of protein, so it's not overly packed like most protein shakes. But they also have a personalized protein powder if you weight train or if your body needs more protein. They are chalked full of vitamins and minerals. I swear, one shake and you will feel the difference in your body!
They're a great part of a weight loss routine, and are so good and nutritious for you! I'm pregnant right now and have been having trouble eating and have been losing weight consistanty (scary when you're pregnant), so after talking to my doctor, she actually recommended me to have a shake for a snack because they're so good for you.
I wouldn't bother with the diet pills. They're usually a scam, or really bad for you :(
I would look for a consultant in your area. They have a whole program and lots of different products, meetings, and weight loss challenges (so fun!).
That and following a healthy diet and exercising regularly. There's no real "magic solution" to weight loss. It just takes consistency, and you have to make a lifestyle change and stay consistent! I wish you the best of luck! It will be so worth it in the end!
