I have done a few books on KodakGallery.com and I love it! They also have coupons that they will email you. So, I have a few books waiting to be printed on a really good sale. It is fun!
My nine-year-old daughter and I are taking our first real vacation - to Mexico - next week! She would like to create a scrapbook to remember this by. I would like to do this using a digital (easy!) process. Has anyone used a digital scrapbooking site that you would recommend? Thanks!

I like Shutterfly and Snapfish, and use both frequently! I think Snapfish has better page (background) choices and better layouts, but the best thing about Shutterfly is that it has a storyboard feature. The storyboard allows you to place the pictures you want on the "pages" and you can move them back and forth easily. When you're done placing the pictures it puts them into the design you chose and then you can continue editing them. This is great if you have a ton of pictures. Often they both have deals going so just check 'em out! I think these two are the easiest and best priced! Have fun!
I've used to do the "real" scrapbooking and just got burned out on it with the time and money it takes.
I've have a book for both my kids in the works for a few months on Shutterfly and I really like it. They have nice page layouts and cool backgrounds. I'd recommend them for sure. Also, they tend to run sales - one just expired for 30% off photo books, so if there is no sale when you are done with your vacation book - wait a bit and you may get a good promotion. Have fun on vaca!
I love Shutterfly! You can usually get email coupons for free scrapbooks, etc. It's super easy to upload the photos and it's really fun to create the books - you can also do calendars, cards and other photo memories. They store your photos for free and you can also create a share site to send to family and friends.
My twins got one done with Snapfish and I love it!! They had a little modeling gig and my sister's mother in law had it done for them and it was so cute (she works for the company that it was for, and had access to all the fun pictures that were taken of them).
Probably one of the easiest if you have never done one before is shutterfly. There are premade albums, some by scrapbook industry "celebs," where you can just drop in your pics and some descriripns/stories and send to print. Enjoy your trip.
My favorite is iPhoto if you have a Mac. I have found them to have to most flexibility with page layouts and one of the cheaper options while still having great quality books. My next favorite is Shutterfly. I have used them a lot, because about every year or so I get a coupon code for a free photo book. They are a little pricy once you add shipping in, but their books are easy to make and great quality also. Snapfish, Kodak, and Walmart also have photo books that are cheaper, however, their quality is not that great, so I wouldn't recommend them unless you can find a free photo book coupon. I have used them for grandparents and extended family, but I don't use them for the books I am going to keep. If you really want the look of a scrapbook and not just a photo book, Creative Memories has some great options, however they are very expensive. Have fun on your vacation!
I use Shutterfly regularly. I have done a number of different size books, calendars, and other items. The quality is always top notch.
