Yes, it is crazy busy over Labor Day weekend. We have passes as well and my daughter is there right now...crazy busy the day before many schools go back tomorrow. A busy day at Disney is better than a day at home though. Have fun!
Has anyone actually been to Disneyland over Labor Day weekend? I know it is listed as crowded, but I wanted to hear real experiences. We might go because our passes expire soon and we want one last visit (we do not plan to get the passes for the next year). Most other weekends until they expire are not good for us.

It is busy, but it's not gates closed busy like Christmas/New Years time can be. But it is busy.
But, it's still Disneyland and it's still a ton of fun.
Make use of the Fast Passes, remember that some rides that have long lines can be walk ons during shows like Fantasmic! or the Fireworks. Watch the second Fantasmic! and take advantage of no waits during the first. Make a point of doing something you've never done that has a shorter wait like Lincoln or catching a show.
We were just there yesterday and had a blast! We have annual passes, have for years. We go even when it's busy because even if it's busy, it's still Disneyland.
We have passes as well and are anning to go on Labor Day (Monday). From what I can tell the Labor Day Sunday is the most crowded day. All passes are allowed on Labor Day( Monday) which generally means less of a crowd. I'm sure it will be busy, but probably bearable.atleast that's what I'm told my husband, lol.
I've never been brave enough to go on a holiday weekend, but I have several friends who have gone on various Monday holidays (labor day, memorial day, etc). They say on the actual Monday, it's not nearly as crowded as you would expect. The morning is actually fairly empty (like, the first hour that the park is open). Sundays are busier and I would imagine Saturdays are too.
It will be very crowded. Go early and get fast passes for as many big rides as you can. Take plenty of sunscreen and water. We went last year (friends visiting) and got there as the parks opened. We rode the more popular rides as soon as we could and got fast passes for others. Then around one we went over to Ca Adventures for a few hours before returning to Disneyland. Best times to ride are during parades and meal times.
It is probably going to be really busy plus it is the Disneyland Half Marathon. But if you do not have another option to go then you may as well go and make the best of it. Are you going for multiple days? either way make a small list of things that you "MUST DO." like 1 item for every 2 hours you will be there. Make a priority to do those things and consider everything else a bonus. All you have to do is change your perspective. In my experience Monday should be the slowest. The races are on Saturday and Sunday so those days should be pretty busy. Of course if everyone assumes Monday wont be crowded then they all might go.Resign yourself to the fact that it will be busy and simply make the best of it.
I''d say since you have passes - go.
