My doctor at the Palo Alto Medical Group is changing positions, so I need a new doctor. I would like a doctor in Internal Medicine (family practice might be OK) preferrably a woman at the Mountain View location (HWY 85 and El Camino Real)

My husband and I both really like Dr. Douglas Souvignier, an internist at the Mountain View location. He's sincere, knowledgeable, listens well and spends time with you.
I too would prefer a woman physician, but when I looked 5 or 6 years ago, all the recommended ones weren't taking new patients. I've learned I strongly prefer "comes recommended" over "gender" (though both would be nice ;)

I highly recommend Suzanne Sorianno. She's at the Palo Alto on Distel Circle. She's great, very knowledgeable, approachable. Always willing to answer every single question you have. She's very encouraging to ask questions and keeps you motivated to live a healthy lifestyle. She went to Med School in Texas. I think that I might keep her as my primary doc for life. I'm only 29 yrs. old.
I recommend Dr. Vivian D'Andea. She is in internal medicine at the Mountain View location. She is a mom and has scaled back her hours. She also may not be taking new patients, but it is worth a phone call. She is also in our age group......
