Hi, between work and the baby, I never get the chance to go to a gym or for a run, so I'm looking for a good pilates or yoga DVD that I can use at home - when the baby's napping or after he's gone to bed. Any recommendations? Thanks.

What can I do next?

Try Denise Austin Yoga/Pilates video/DVD. They are each 20 minutes long so you can alternate between the two. It's not very strenous but you can feel the difference.

I really LOVE Denise Austin's Pilates. I'm pretty sure she also has a Yoga DVD too but the pilates one is great and you work out every muscle. Good luck!
Also, if you're looking for an intense workout in a short amount of time, try Denise Austin's Boot Camp. In 20 minutes you'll be sweating like crazy but it's totally do-able.

YOGA for INDIE ROCKERS and there's also PILATES FOR INDIE ROCKERS too....if you're into something that's a bit more "rockin" + out of the ordinary - with all of the same DVD's that come w/ "New Age music"....
