I am in debt. I know it should bother me a lot. But it really doesn't. I guess I am in denial. My debt is high. It's so high I am afraid to know exactly how high. It's probably about 47,000 right now. My monthly payments to this debt are about 1200 dollars. I work hard and I do make more than the min. payments. But then I turn around and put just as much stuff on cards every month.
I would like to find a few people to email with, maybe even start a discussion group with. We could share money saving ideas. We could encourage each other. Maybe we could even get together from time to time and just share ideas in person. We could have some credit card cutting up ceramonies LOL!
Does anyone else feel that they need to work on this, but it's not desperate? I am not headed toward bankruptsy. I've lived like this for the better part of 20 years. I just know I could put the interest to better use.
