I feed my 11 month old pretty much what we eat but some of the easier to deal with with no teeth are: frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots) - cooked, of course; soft cookies, oatmeal, polenta, spaghetti and meatballs cut up into tiny pieces, egg yolks hard boiled and smashed, cottage cheese with or without crushed pineapple on top, any casseroles that we have smashed up into a mash, mashed potatoes, lots of yougurt, grated cheddar cheese, blueberries (either small ones whole or larger ones halved), very ripe cantelope cut into small bits, etc, etc.
Just because they don't have teeth doesn't mean they can't chew fairly effectively. Your daughter should be able to handle all of the above with no problem with or without teeth. They use their gums to mash food with. Hope this helps!
