Double Stroller That Pushes with 1 Hand

My kids will be almost 4 and 2 when our third baby is born this summer. We have an Eddie Bauer double stroller that I have a love hate relationship with so I'm looking to get something new. My main problems with our current stroller is that I can't push it with one hand (it has two separate handles rather than one all the way across) and that it has NO storage space. I know I'm going to be either carrying one child or holding a hand most of the time so I'd like a good double stroller that would let me maneuver with one hand. Any suggestions? Bonus points if it has good storage and is compact!

What can I do next?

My combi is awesome. I got it when I had a newborn, almost 2 yr old & a 3 yr old. This thing got used all the time. It's super easy to push, plenty of storage, and is so compact (folds in half) & super light. Good luck

Bob Duellie. Handles like a dream, has decent space underneath. Between one of those mom hooks I put on the handles and the space underneath, I can get a gigantic co-op share from our local Farm Co-op and walk home.

Valco Tri Mode double... it's amazing!!! You can also add a third seat to the front of it to make it a triple if your 4 yr old wants to sit or you can add the hitch hiker to the back and make it a "sit n stand" type stroller and your 4 yr old can stand and get pushed. www.strollermama.com is where i got mine. it's amazing!!! it's like pushing butter and the storage under it is nice too.

I would highly suggest you get the Joovy Caboose Ultralight. It is a sit-and-stand type but only 21 lbs! I have a 4 and 2 year old and it has been perfect. In fact, when my sister is with us we often have the two 4-yr olds "share" the back jump seat. Unless they are unusually large, 2 kids can sit side-by-side on the back seat. It's been great for us! Because it's only 21 lbs, it drives very nicely, even with one hand. I would NOT recommend the regular Joovy Caboose, or any of the similar models from Toys R Us, because they are outrageously heavy. The Ultralight is the way to go! You can also get the infant carseat attachment for the front for the baby. Storage space is a little limited, but a Skip Hop bag fits perfectly underneath. Good luck!

I love my BOB Revolution Dualie! It's easier to push and steer, especially one handed, than my Grace Quattro Sport single stroller.
On a side note, my now 22 month old daughter loves to walk next to the stroller and use my Mommy Hook as a handle. The Mommy Hook is a GIANT carabiner that I bought at Babies R Us for hanging my purse, etc. from the stroller. She figured out in her own that it makes a great kid handle so she can walk next to the stroller while leaving me with both hands free. If you get one now and show your oldest how to use it, you'll have a much easier time when #3 arrives.
Good luck!
