So What Happened?

Oh--Vague question? Sorry. Let me clarify,
It's a product. Helps you sleep.
That's the name of the product: Dream Water.
The question was asking if anyone knew about it, tried it and did it work.
Thought that was a pretty succinct self explanatory question, not in need of elaboration.
Sorry if I confused anyone! Does that help?

For further information, here's alink to the manufacturer's website: http://www.drinkdreamwater.com/
I saw this at the store today. It's about $2.50/bottle here.

Stash Tea makes a tea called Sandman Tea, it works great. I have not been aboe to find it stores around me lately but it is available on their website. You can buy a box of 20 tea bags for the cost of O. bottle of Dream Water.
Celeste Tea Makes a tea called Sleepytime Tea. Also works great.

Both of these teas use natural herbs that induce relaxation and sleep. You don't know where these 'all natural' ingredients actually come from. I think you would be better off learning relaxation techniques, meditation, and the use of herbs instead of some concoction mixed up in a lab.

I have no idea what it is, but I copied what this woman's review was. Pay attention to what she says is in the water and how it can act with any other medical issues you may have.

it is supposed to be like taking Melatonin except as a drink.

It is supposed to help you GET to sleep not STAY asleep. So since your question was soo vague - that's all I can tell you.

No. I've not personally tried it. No. I don't know PERSONALLY, First Hand, if it works. O. of my girl friends told me about it. She said it was like melatonin.
