Sidewalk chalk, crayons and paper, bubbles, some kind of bunny or chick
Just curious if anyone had any good ideas on things to put in my 15 month old Easter basket. We don't want to do a lot, but I do what to start a few traditions. Even if he doesn't remember. So far I have a Easter book and a small pool toy for the summer.

I agree with Densie, she has all my suggestions. I would make sure the bunny/chick was the the wind up hoppy kind. Those are fun. Then again, I would prob. get a cute stuffed bunny or chick too. :) I am known to go a little overboard in the easter baskets.
Stuffed animal, some plastic eggs with some age appropriate candy. I mean, what is Easter with out some candy..... bubbles are always good too. I think if you just get a couple of things and put it in she'll be totally happy.
a Raffi CD. Love him. Target has a great $1.00 aisle. You can get socks,
books, various little toys.
skip the candy....have you colored eggs? coloring book and crayons, bubbles or sidewalk chalk!!
When mine were that young we used snacks from the babyfood aisle instead of treats - the star-shaped snacks, yogurt melts, etc.. My kids are 3, 5 & 7 and we've never put junk in the basket - just stuff they will actually play with for a long time. Maybe things for spring like sidewalk chalk, or bubbles, or even sand toys for your son's basket? I think the Fur Real bunny looks cute and may get it for my 3-year old this year. They have dogs and cats too. Have fun!
I used to add a container of puffs and yogurt drops. I've also put in my little ones baskets stuffed lambs, new bath toys (if they are sitting up at this point in the bath), the crayola crayons that are for fist holding (the big ones before the triangular ones), an Elmo DVD and a small Elmo toy.
