I love using google calendar. Used it for over a year now. You can add recurring items - easy to add & delete. I use it mainly on my home computer but it's easy to view & edit on my phone too. LOVE it!
I'm looking for a better way to make my calendar available at home and when I'm out. I have a paper calendar for the kitchen so we can keep track of everything and I really don't want to write things down on another calendar to carry with me or have in our home office. Does anyone use a pda or electronic organizer that they like and has a good import export feature to outlook, or yahoo, or even google? Thanks!
Good suggestions so far but I should have added the following: If I have to pay extra per month (which I'm pretty sure I do) I don't want to get a smart phone. Actually I do just don't feel like I can afford it right now ;-). Also, it would need to be something small enough like a PDA that I could take with me in my purse to add appts. My problem is I need something somewhat portable.
Thanks!

My husband's vet clinic uses google calendar so all the vets can log in and see the calendar and make changes and see one another's changes etc. It's free to my knowledge.
I use to use a Palm Pilot for my schedule ( now I have an iPhone so I didn't need it anymore). It worked great and synced up with my google calendar.
I use GMAIL and they have a calender. Not sure if that is what you mean though.
Most smartphones are capable of doing this right now. Can you upgrade your cell phone? You can then even sync your addresses and phone numbers to outlook as well!!
iphone! I love it. You should never have two calendars.
Hi there!
I'm using Cozi.com and loving it. It's free and sends email or text reminders to you for the appointments. Cozi also has cool things like grocery lists and to do lists (I use these less frequently).
Good luck!
