I went through similar things - and I remember saying the same thing.I went through several lawyers, so keep looking for one that's fair and will work out a plan of some kind, gather any and all paper work if you even have to take he police with you to get it out of wherever it is, and why don't you call Cheaters and expose the girlfriend situation? Plus go to the banks you were involved with and get copies of everything. As far as furniture goes well, I moved and my tiny children into apartment after living in a house with several bathrooms and my ex stayed there. I have to say at the time I had very little in the way of furniture but now have been remarried almost sixteen years and have a house full of stuff again. You will bounce back. Really. I said that to let you know there is light at the end of the tunnel. And he will not get away with it forever. Really.

You are right-where is the justification? I think you need to go and seek out a new lawyer and one that actually is working for YOUR best interest and no one elses. What a snake they lawyers AND your soon to be ex. I hope that you get the justification because it is certainly overdue. I hope everything he has done he has to suffer for it three-folds after it is all said and done! Get out there and find you another lawyer asap!

Sounds like you need a better lawyer AND make sure to take him to court for that child support!
