Hi moms! Have any of you mastered the art of extreme couponing but with the healthy foods, cleaning products, household items etc...? I love the show Extreme Couponing but most of the stuff these people are purchasing are not great for you and your family. Who has mastered it in a more healthy way?? I make my own cleaning products and cook 95% of our food at home but still buy some packaged and frozen foods for our family. I sure would like to save on those. Thanks for your help!

What can I do next?

I'm not good at extreme couponing but I wanted to say that I did see an episode of that show (or another show like it??) where the gal worked for a boys' home and all they ate was organic stuff. She did her whole shopping trip at Whole Foods. She seemed to get a lot of stuff. I know that Whole Foods has their own coupon book so maybe you can start there and figure it out?? I think Trader Joes does too.

Maybe look on TLC's website or google it to see if you can find that episode.

Coupons do not exist for healthy foods.

It looks like Trader Joes has their own coupons. You may have to sign up to get them, but search google for trader joes coupons.

I would also look at the websites for the brands you like. Find out if there are any coupons from them that you can print.

You need to use sales on toiletries to buy produce and things. When grocery stores do gift card deals, for instance, you use the bonus savings on healthy stuff.

I use to do it, but I've stopped because it's sooooo time consuming...
