Can you please tell me how to defriend someone on FB? Do I go to their page or my page to do it? Thanks.
Go to their page - where the button that says "Friends" click on it go to the bottom of the drop box and click unfriend and then confirm
If you have played any games with them on FB you'll still be neighbors and can have contact with each other that way. I have an ex-friend blocked and she has me blocked. I can still go to her farm and water it or do some other things for her. She does not see the work I have done though. She can also come to my farms and do stuff too.
The funny thing is that as long as I have her blocked I cannot see her comments on mutual friends posts. She can't see mine either. So we may both be visiting with a friend and we'll suddenly see our mutual friend say something like "Jane, that was so funny! Jill, I loved your comment too". So we know we have both commented but can't see what the other one said.
Just want to add to what Momto1andahalf said. When you defriend someone, they can still see you on FB. When you block them, they see nothing about you, as if you don't have an FB account. They are not notified that you have blocked OR defriended them.

Click on their name, hit 'friend', then there should be an option to unfriend. If you dont want them messaging you or getting on your fb, be sure to block them as well.
