McDonalds offers free breakfast for Dad's on Fathers day. If he likes to fish you could all go fishing, or do a picnic at the park. Or better yet see what he may want to do... he may just want to stay home and put his feet up and do nothing. That is my husbands favorite.

I've always been a big fan
of picnicing in the parks,
a day of family fun at the beach,
hiking together,
or any other thing
which keeps the focus on the family.

If they are old enough, board games are fun,
or cooking Dad's favorite meal together
(making cards/gifts with mom on Saturday is nice too!).

There's no need to spend money to enjoy your family
and to celebrate one another.

I noticed MOSI also has free admission for Dad on Father's day. But like the others, you still have to pay for everyone else.

We are staying home and cooking a special fathers day dinner. I heard the zoo is letting fathers in free that weekend. You could make a picnic and go to a park. Let the girls make something for him. Whent he girls were little we made my Dad a t-shirt and sent it to him. He loved it and still has it. I bought fabric paint and had them take and put hand prints all over it. They made other artwork on it. Painted their names on it. Put I Love Grandpa on it. He just loved it. Mom said he cried when he opened it. When I talked to him on the phone that day he said that the girls really put a lot of work in it. My Mom got one that year for her Birthday because she went on so much about Dad's.
Use your imagination. There are a lot of fun things you can do that don't cost a lot of money.

The Lowry Park Zoo and the Fl Aquarium always have Dads get in free on Father's day. But you still have to pay for the rest of your people in your party. Good Luck!
