I felt my first child move between 18-19 weeks. I am 12 weeks along in my second pregnancy and heaven't felt this baby move yet.
I just have a curiosity question for all. How far along were you when you first felt the baby move? I know they say you feel the baby move earlier with a 2nd or so pregnancy, but I have to admit, I am having to chalk up what I'm feeling to gas or something. I am only 8 weeks!

I felt my twins move at 11 weeks. My singleton at 15 or 16 weeks. Maybe there's more than one in there. ;)
I felt my first move at 22 weeks and my second move at 12 weeks. I did have an ultrasound for twins when I told my OB/GYN that I was already feeling the baby move. THere ended up only being one baby in there, but he was a big one! Any chance your dates are off?
Good luck and congrats!
Congratulations on your pregnancy..... I was about 20wks along when i felt baby move. :)
My first it was around 18 weeks (i think) and with the second it was more like 15 weeks
I felt my 1st move at 11.5 weeks and my 2nd move at 10.5 weeks, so you never know!
With my first, I felt the baby at about 20 weeks. With my second, I felt the baby at 10-11 weeks.
I think you know what you're feeling!
If I remember right it was around 14 or 15 weeks .... and even then it wasn't anything really strong. But when I would be lying in bed late at night or early morning... I would feel these flutters.
8 weeks is a bit early.
I've had 3 - even for a second pregnancy, 8 weeks is too early. Give it about another month.
I am pregnant with my second and I felt the baby moving a little around 12 weeks this time (much earlier than with my daughter).
Hope you are feeling well!
I am pregnanct with twins and I didn't feel them really move much until 20 weeks - it is my second pregnancy as well. I was surprised how long it took! They move like crazy now! 23 weeks.

I'm about 21 weeks along with my first and started to feel my first flutters around 14 weeks, which all the books say is on the early side. However, this is not so unusual for women with a low pre-pregnancy weight. I would think eight weeks might be a bit soon, and am wondering if maybe you might be farther along than you think. If you haven't been to a doctor yet for your first visit, you should be able to get a more accurate due date if you get an early ultrasound and they can measure your baby.
Congrats and good luck!

I was actually 3 months pregnant when I started feeling flutters. It seems like I felt my 2nd child much earlier than my first.
I am 19 weeks along today. Funny because I felt my first baby move alot more by now that with this one. My first was at 16 weeks and pretty regular after that. This one I felt around the same time, but this baby likes to just chill out I think. at 8 weeks it's definitly gas. hang in there, it wont be long before you feel it.
I felt the first baby around 18 weeks and the second at 11.
