FIOS is great-- no complaints! You will save a lot of money by getting a "bundle"- a package with phone, internet, and TV. You'll get more than you expect from your money. I wouldn't go with anyone else!!
Hi! Anyone have FIOS TV service? I currently have FIOS phone and internet and have been pleased. Thinking about adding the TV. Any reviews, comments, positive or negative? Thanks!

I have FIOS with the DVR and really like it. We are moving in two weeks and will not be able to get FIOS at the new house. We are both a little bummed that we will have to pick between time werner or direct tv.
We have it and have had no problems - we use the DVR with no problem at all. Enjoy!
We have had FIOS for about 2 years and have only had the normal problems you experience with all electronics. I thought the customer service reps were great at helping me with any problems we had. I would recommend it. I couldn't live without my DVR.
I had TV for awhile and when there were no problems, it was great. But as a couple of others have mentioned, customer service was anything but...after many frustrated calls following frozen DVRS not recording shows, etc we finally cancelled. We have phone and internet still and have NO complaints whatesover.
I had it once, but moved and they didn't offer it in my area, I really enjoyed it and thought it was much better than timewarner cable. Miss it!
We have had FIOS Internet & TV for about 2-3 years now. It is great..we have no complaints. We have only had our DVR box go out once and they came back and replaced it quickly. Verizon's customer service (mainly billing) can be a pain sometimes if you have an issue, but the FIOS TV service itself we have been very happy with.
The service itself was fine. The DVR was absolutely horrendous!!!! If you rely on your DVR or hope for good customer service then Fios is not for you. It would often not record somethings that were set up, it would sometimes skip entire sections of a show or just freeze and require a reboot. Yes, we did have them change the box out twice. It didn't help. It was so bad they finally agreed to let us out of our contract early.... They stopped billing of course, but for some reason sent us to collections 7 months later with NO warning for a $200 bill that they refused to explain. It took going to the BBB to finally get them to clean up their mess.
