Ive been to partys at the Highland Village department and the Flower Mound Department. They both both did a great job.
My son is turning 8 in March and he would like to have a fireman themed party. I know of fire departments that allow you to have the party at the station, but not locally. Does anyone know if there are any fire departments that allow this in the Denton County area?

I agree with SH. Call your local fire department and ask them.
Well I don't know about that, but here is a place to get Fireman themed party things:

Good shop, my friend gets things from here a lot.
Just try calling your local Fire Stations and ask them about parties.
I live in Carrollton and had my son's party at a Fire Station. They don't do a PARTY there, but we did a 40 minute tour there and then headed to the McDs right down the road and had ice cream cones and played.
I normally don't do the normal type of party anyway, so this worked out great for us. My son had 15 friends and not only did all 15 kiddos have a GREAT time, the parents had nothing but wonderful things to say about it.
The tour is free, you just need to fill out a form. I HIGHLY suggest you find a way to give thanks to the firemen who give you the tour.
Hi, I don't know if my response is too late but when my youngest son turned 8, we had his party at our house. We got the food from Firehouse Subs and everything about the party was firefighter themed. I even went to several toy stores until I found enough Hot Wheels fire trucks for the goodie bags. I called my local fire department and they actually brought a truck to our house!! They turned on the sirens and let all of the kids get in the truck and look around. The firefighters took pictures with the kids. They were going to bring the ambulance but had an emergency. The kids had a blast and it was one of our best birthday memories ever. I don't know if all fire departments can do this but it's worth asking. I never imagined that they would offer to come to our house with a truck!
I hope your party is a lot of fun!
Frisco has a great Safety town, but I am guessing that may be too far from where you are.
We just had a fire party for my son who just turned 5. The fire dept actually came to our house. I was a little hesitant in asking them, but they were almost more excited than the kids. They brought the truck and ambulance and let the kids climb all over it. They gave a tour of the truck and the kids and parents really enjoyed it. They also brought hats and goody bags for the kids. We live in Trophy Club and they are building a new fire house so we couldn't go there. If you want to go to a station just call around, you'd be surprised.
I don't know if they allow parties at the station, but I believe they will send a fire truck to your location.
I took my daughter to her friend's birthday party that was at the actual fire station. It was the Copper Canyon fire house on Copper Canyon Rd, off FM 407. We went on a tour of the fire house and the hosts had a table set up in the "garage" to have birthday cake and open presents. It was a really nice party and the kids loved it!
