I have a swifter it can get in corners and beneath your appliances a little ways too. I use it for everyday use and use a mop once a week. The swifter will keep your corners clean.
My family and I have a new, 2700 sq. ft. home that we moved into 9 months ago. Due to allergies and asthma, my home is all floor and a pain to clean. I have to mop 2-3 times a week! The problem is, I am noticing build up in the corners and along the edges. I use a tradtional mop and bucket so It's hard to get in the corners. Other than cleaning all the floors on my hands and knees, I would like to find out what others are doing to get their floors clean. HELP!!!

We use NonToxic cleaning products that disolve the dirt with a natural enzyme action (better for allergie, too!) Then, once a month I spray a stronger solution from my spray bottle onto all the corners and baseboard areas, let stand for 5 mins, then wipe down with a paper towel and toss. Works like a charm.
If you want to know more about these products (cheaper than reg. clean products) email me. Thanks, V. in Daingerfield, TX
Ummmmm...I cannot think of anything that you can use to clean edges & corners better than going on your hands and knees. Have you tried vacuum all those corners and edges???
My parents have a huge floor, all tile, to take care of. They went out and bout one of those elctric floor cleaners. It sprays the cleaner onto the floor and then has brushes that clean the florr then on the back side has a squeegee and vacuum that picks up most of the cleaner and water. I think they got it at wal-mart for like 100- 120 bucks! I think it's by Bissell.
Good luck!
If allergies and asthma are a problem, try a bissel steam cleaner. They can be found on the bissel website and clean and sanitize your hard floors without any chemicals, just steam. I love, love, love mine! S.
have you tried useing those swifer moping pads that is what i use and they get the corners too.
I also have floors through most of my house and I live by my Swifer products. I use the Swifer vac almost everyday for debris and then the wet jet is perfect for more usual mopping. Once a month or so, I would do heavy duty cleaning...hands and knees, but for everyday, the Swifers work really well. Since they are rectangular, they are good for the corners as well. Like I said, I swear by them!!
