Hi! My husband and I found this site: www.11alive.com - just click on the link that says "MAP: Where's the Gas?" and it will take you to a map of gas stations. If you click on each one, it will tell you which ones have gas. Hope this helps! :o)

You just have to look around. I live in Grant Park, and most of the stations around here are out, but one or two will get some every now and then -then you have to wait in line for it. If you drive south of town down I-75, you might find some at exit ramps off the interstate. I found some for 3.97 at a RaceTrac in McDonough on Friday after running an errand down there. Some of the local news station websites and ajc.com are trying to keep updated maps of who has gas available.

Depending on how far you're willing to drive, you can also check the QuickTrip at the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle in Peachtree Corners (across from the Forum). They had gas this morning around 5:00 a.m. when my husband went to fill up, but by noon they were out again. I'm told they plan to have more tomorrow. I would definitely call first. The best time to go is early, early, early.

I have been buying gas at Walmart for $3.94 or $3.97. I always find gas there and there be lines but not as long as most other stations.

The only problem is that by the time we tell you and you get there it is GONE! My husband goes to work very early, so when he gets gas, it is like 5 am. He'll call me to tell me where to go and by the time I get the kids off to school, the gas is gone.

My cousin lives in Oxford (small town near Covington), she did say that they really haven't had much problem finding gas. She told me that on Saturday.

Try checking out 11Alive.com. On their home page there is a map with "balloons" to click on to tell you the status of gas and location of stations that viewers have emailed in. Of course, you would probably need to hit one close to you that has just announced having gas or it may be gone by the time you get there.
Good luck- we all feel your frustration.

I don't know where you live, but I got gas a1 about 10am at a Shell gas station on Johnson Ferry just south of Lower Roswell Rd. It's in Sandy Springs.

Stations on the interstate highways seem to be more likely to have gas than those just on surface roads. Try the QTs at Pleasantdale and ndian Trail. Also, a gas station owner told me this morning that the shortage should be easing up next week, so just try to minimize your driving and combine trips as much as possible til then!
