Put the item in the freezer and once the gum is frozen it will be easy to scrape off.
By accident, I washed my jeans with gum . . . and now there is gum stuck on the back pocket. Has anyone had success getting washed gum off clothing? Thanks!

Put it in the freezer and then you can scrape it off.
I rub a piece of ice on it until it is extremely cold then peel off.
Try ice or check the automotive dept. for gum release.
Ice first, then scrape. Then spray with Shout or a pre-wash stain removal and wash. You may need to spray and wash the second time, but it should all come out.
I also use peanut butter to soften-let sit-then scrape and follow washing instructions I gave next. Good Luck!
Use Goo Gone. Test it on the inside of your jeans first to make sure it does not take the color out.

There's a product called "Goof Off- The Ultimate Goo Remover" that might do the trick. I have purchased it at drugstores or at Ace Hardware. Good luck!
