If your daughter's pretty active, maybe a child's trampoline? We got one for our daughter when she was 2 and she still loves jumping on it. It's the mini-trampoline that has the handle bar on it and, trust me, it's gotten A LOT of use, lol.
Our daughter is turning 2 and we a at a loss as to what to get for her "big gift." We also have a 4 year old daughter, so we have all of the "regular" toys. We are looking for any suggestions anyone might have as to something different. Thanks! :)

a biddie baby and day at american girl is what we did
Maybe her big gift could be a thing to do rather than a thing to have. Like music classes with mom or dad, a trip to the zoo or one of the children's museums, take her to ride a pony (with the park district ponies if you're part of the plainfield park district) -- anything that you don't do on a regular basis. For my son's 2nd we did a long weekend vacation at Kalahari resort in the dells (he's a winter bday) and had pizza and cake in our hotel room. Then we had a regular bday party for him with the relatives and all that on his actual bday which was a couple weeks later.
I have a 2 year old--just turned 2 at the end of June. Is your daughter a fan of Playhouse Disney? Tickets are on sale now at Ticketmaster for Playhouse Disney Live in early October. :)
a day at build-a-bear with the girls or a play kitchen is nice if dont have one already
my 2 year old loved dora the explorer battery operated ride in car.It was around $180.00.
