With my first pregnancy, I failed the one hour test and passed the three hour test. With my second child, I fasted (even though I wasn't supposed to) and I passed the one hour test. With my third child, I ate a big bag of Cheetos the night before the test and not surprisingly, I failed the one hour test. I think I was in the 190's too.
Pretty much by my third pregnancy, I was tired of being poked and prodded. I told my OB that I respectfully declined her offer to give me the three hour test, and that I would eat a diabetic diet for the remainder of my pregnancy. She pressed me for more testing or daily blood sugar testing, and I just told her that I was not going to do any of it. I was nauseous and vomiting the whole nine months of the pregnancy, and I was not about to drink another sugar drink and sit around for three hours. Baby #3 was quite large (9 lbs 6 oz) but otherwise healthy. I'm healthy too, and I don't have any health issues.
Yes, the morning croissant probably had a huge impact on your numbers. You will most likely pass the three hour test, but you should probably go low-carb and low-sugar from here on out anyway. Good luck to you!
