Good Double Stroller?

I am looking for a good/comfortable double stroller. I have two boys (my world), they are 2&1/2 and 1. I have an umbrella Mcclaren and a Graco travel system. I am looking for something comfortable, portable, for walks around neighborhood/vacationing like disney/beach/etc. I bought a wagon and they love that for walks around the block, but I wanted to have another functioning stroller for both of them. I was thinking maybe a double Mcclaren, does anyone have any insight? I also want something to last for future purposes. When we go to the mall, my husband and I usually take separate strollers or put them in a shopping cart. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you!

I love my Baby Jogger City Mini. I have an almost 2 1/2 year old and a 6 month old. So far I've used this stroller for walks in the neighborhood as well as to the mall. It's fit just fine in the stores and it's easy to navigate. It's pretty light compared to a lot of double strollers and it fits nicely into the trunk of my small SUV (Toyota Rav4) with room for other items. In fact, it takes up just a smidge more space than my Graco travel system stroller.

The Joovy Caboose is the best double stroller! It is super easy to fold and unfold and I LOVE the sit and stand option. It's really compact when it folds down (I have a Hybrid and the trunk space is TINY due to the battery). I take it to the park at least once a week, to the zoo, and it's perfect for travel. We brought it to Disneyland and Hawaii. My kids are about 20 months apart so it works great for them (and me!).
It has been baby purchase we have made... and the longest lasting! My kids are 4 & 5 and we still use it.

Have you thought about a buggy board? Use the McClaren and when the big one needs a ride he hops on. Takes up very very little extra room and great to travel with. You don't have to decide which stroller you just add the board as needed. I think it has the best longevity. I still use it with my 3 and 6 year olds. When pushing it you still just take up the size of pushing an umbrella stroller and it doesn't add weight unlike my double stroller that is heavy itself so pushing two kids and the stroller is crazy heavy.

We have the double colecraft and love it, we can face the kids anyway we want, take it apart easy ( I'm 5`4 and can do it), and it has tons of storage space in the bottom. My kids are 2 and 4 and we use it all the time, we did take it to disney.

I have a combo double stroller and love it. It is easy to fold and unfold, as well as light weight. I like the under storage, too. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have cup holders but that has never been a huge issue for us. I've used mine everywhere for the past 3 1/2 years. I currently have a 5 1/2, 3 1/2 and 11 month old. It's been great. Good luck on your search!!

Since your oldest is already 2.5, I suggest a sit 'n stand. All my kids hated sitting in a stroller starting around 2-2.5 years old. I LOVE the one from One Step Ahead (onestepahead.com). It's not a traditional sit 'n stand. It can be a regular 2 kid stroller with reclining seats, footrests, sun shades, 5 pt harness, etc. But then it takes less than a minute (literally) to transform the backseat into a sit 'n stand style with a bench to sit on (facing backwards) and a platform to stand on for the older child - leaving the younger one in the front seat. I've already posted reviews on it and don't have time now so look at my previous postings. The stroller is the Double Elite Sit 'n Stand.

i love my baby trend sit and stand lx. Its easy to handle & easy to fold up. Plus it was cheaper than a lot of others. I understand that they make it in a double stroller version that can convert to a sit n stand (for more money, of course).
