I have an 18-mo. old daughter who used to eat anything you gave her, but is more picky now. I just try giving her as much variety as possible. A couple months ago, she couldn't get enough broccoli! For breakfast, there's the standby of Cheerios, and I've given her scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, English muffins, bagels w/cream cheese or peanut butter, mandarin oranges, canned pears, bananas, oatmeal, watermelon, applesauce--and a lot of the fruit options I'll give her for snacks, too. For lunch, she loves the little Gerber Graduates soups that she can feed herself, but I also just give her regular canned soup cause it's cheaper. But for lunch/dinner--sandwiches, quesadillas, hummus w/pita bread, pieces of lunchmeat/cheese, pasta w/spaghetti sauce, chicken, chicken nuggets, rice, mashed potatoes/au gratin, mac & cheese, broccoli, peas, corn, beets, carrots, zucchini (all cooked), fish sticks, tater tots...Guess I could go on forever! Other snacks that I give her are Goldfish crackers, animal crackers, Gerber Graduates freeze-dried snacks like apples and sweet corn. Oh and personally I try to limit her sugar intake somewhat, so if she gets juice, it's watered down, but otherwise water and whole milk. Let me know if you need any more ideas! ;) Good luck! Oh I almost forgot, try guacamole, too--my daughter will eat only guacamole and pinto beans when we go out for Mexican food!
