Any one knows of a good mortgage company? We are in need of a company that can get up approved for a mortgage loan. I want to be on the loan without my husband. My credit is excellent, but my debts to rations are high. I’m looking for a fix rate and I’m looking to keep the note at or around $1100. We went through the whole process of picking out stuff and now I was told my debt to income rations are too high. I don’t want a loan with any tracks just something I can understand. Did I mention I want to be on the loan alone my husband credit is no so good. Thanks all.

I have a friend who is in the process of refinancing our current mortgage; which he gave us a few months ago. The rates have dropped greatly in the last month. Our first loan he did two mortgages so we didn't have to pay PMI (mortgage insurance) so our taxes are all due at the end of the year. He cut our payments DOWN alot!
