Does anyone have experience with any of the gymnastics places in Woodinville, WA or other close by? I'm looking to start my daughter this Fall who is 3 1/2. Do you know if they let you try a class before you sign up?
My 3 year old son went to a gymnastics preschool in Woodinville called Vaulting Frogs. It's wonderful. He loved it. If you aren't interested in preschool, I know they also offer gymnastics day camps in the summer, so they may also offer year round gymnastics classes. If they're not a fit for you, they may be able to recommend a good place to you.
Seattle Gymnastics Academy in Lake City is the BEST gym I have found anywhere in the Greater Seattle Area on either side of the lake... and I looked at ALL of them for over a year. We've been going there now for almost 5 years. The staff is amaaazing, the equipment safe and well maintained, and the general attitude is just phenomenal. They also have indoor play-gym in the morning for a couple bucks for kids under the age of 6, as well as bimonthly parent's night out.
I was a competitive gymnast, and have rather ridiculously high standards for both form (which is a safety issue) as well as how the kids are treated (it should *always* be fun).
Northshore Gymnastics in Woodinville. My kids have always had fun there - nice people.
NW Aerials in Kirkland. We have been going there every week for 4 years. We started when my oldest was 2 1/2. It is great. My kids love it. There is almost NO turnover in coaches/teachers. I tried one of the ones in Wdvl a few years ago because it was closer (I live in Bothell). I was back at NW Aerials within in three weeks. They are just off of 124th, so not really that far. I highly recommend you try one of the classes. They will let you do a free trial class...
