Ok,
I totally lost hair after every one of my pregnancy's, it's totally normal for up to a year. The dr. told me it could be every where on the head, or in just a few places, all dew to the hormones. My daughter however, has had alopecia areata since she was three, and that is generally hair loss contained to one or a few places. In those hair loss "spots" she has absolutely no hair, and they are perfectly circular and about the size of a dime. It can take her usually about six months to grow the hair back, and it comes in white or gray at first. Most the time you can't even tell. If that's happening, go to a dermotologist. Otherwise it sucks, and your hair can keep being weird until after you're done breast feeding. Hope this helps.
