It could be - although Coxsackie usually has fever, too. Keep an eye out for more blisters (check her feet, too). I'm usually the first one to say RUN to the doctor since he/she knows best - but there is really nothing he/she can do since it just has to run its course. When my daughter and I had it (yes, me too - I thought I was going to die is was so miserable :) ) she was 2 she drooled a lot and wouldn't eat. But she got better in 2-3 days. Since your daughter is 6, I'd see how she feels tomorrow. No chance of Chicken Pox, right? Oh, and keep washing your hands and keep her away from the other kids if possible. Let her keep her own towel to dry her hands, etc.
