I tried it for about 7 days. A friend of mine ordered it, you basically pick things you like to eat from a list of food. Then you receive an 11 day menu. Some of my meals were scrambled eggs and peanuts; lowfat milk, orange pineapple smoothie and walnuts; ham slices and hard boiled eggs;shrimp, turkey slices and bowl of green veggies -that was for one day. Another day, it was a sandwhich for one meal, fruit for the next three meals. I couldn't do it for more than the six days. I think I lost a couple of pounds and my friend lost about 6, but they only did it for the 11 days. I have always had good results with the T-lite diet. You can google it and it pulls up a site that says "lose 10 pounds in 3 day" that is the one. It has supplements when you first pull up the site, but then if you keep looking it list the diet. I have never lost 10 pounds in three days on it, but I lost about 25 pounds doing it for several weeks. Good luck!
