Dr. Moore is the best! I had a very difficult pregnancy and she was the most caring doctor I've ever seen. I highly recommend her. J.
I am pregnant in Henderson for the first time. My son was born in NM. I am having a hard time finding a good OB/GYN. I saw Dr. Torres and really did not like him at all. I am looking in my insurance book and came across a few females. If any of you have been to any of them, please let me know how they were.

I want to thank everyone for their great recommendations. I ended up going with April Kerman (Midwife) at Deseret Woman's Health. She is absolutely wonderful! Thanks again!

A wonderful person would be April Kermani, CNM (Certified Nurse Midwife). She works in Henderson at Desert Women's Health Care. Another great resource is www.thebirthsource.org This website has great referrals from ob/gyn's, midwife's, children's dentist's....
Good luck in your search and remember this is your birth! It's important to have the birth team you desire:)

I am a Pharmaceutical sales rep and call on all of the doctors you listed. Michelle Lewis is great. Dr. Timothy Sauter is also very nice (both of these docs are in Henderson), Dr.Moore is "ok", I don't hear good or bad about her from patients. On East Sahara is Steven Kramer and J.Michael Scharff both very nice guys, and great bedside manners. Dr.Kramer is head of Obstetrics at Spring Valley Hospital.
My OBGYN is Dr. Olds, but he is over by UMC (Charleston and I 15). If I had to leave Dr. Olds, I would definitely go to Dr. Elizabeth Moore. I have 2 friends that go to her. One of them had both of her children with her and recommended her to my other friend for her current pregnancy. They both LOVE her and talk about how genuine and kind she is. They say that she really looks out for the patient. Both of my friends have had rough pregnancies and feel that she has taken the best possible care of them. I hope that helps. If you need any more info or have questions, I would be happy to answer them.
I have also been to Dr. Susan Boyd, as someone else responded, and absolutely loved her and her staff. She went out of her way, when I was pregnant, to make sure I was doing okay.
I am heard from several women that Michelle Lewis is the best! I have tried to make an appt. with her and she has a long waiting list. I actually work in the same complex and the parking lot is always full!
I have a wonderful obgyn...Dr. Kartzinel...he is located next to the hospital on maryland pkwy and D.I.,....the phone number is ###-###-####...you can tell him S. Lessnick (me) referred you.
I haven't seen any of those. But I absolutely love my OB. Her name is Dr. Susan Boyd and she's at Las Vegas Ob/Gyn. You can reach them at ###-###-####. She's wonderful and delivers at several hospitals. She has delived both of my babies.
I saw Dr. Moore with my first pregnancy and changed Dr.'s at about 36 weeks. She is often late and has a very strange bedside manner. Most of the time I saw her PA anyway, whom I preferred to see anyhow. I always felt like I was rushed through my appointment. I can only imagine how I would have felt if she was rushing my delivery!
My OB was in the same office as Dr. Torres, Dr. Charles Fleischer. I LOVED him. He was very personable, and friendly. You might want to check him out - he's also at Green Valley OB/GYN. Let me know if you like him if you check him out!
