I just recently went to my GYN and he told me that my estrogen levels are completey gone in one certain area. He recomended that I use this cream to bring it back up, Because I have pain when me and my husband have intercourse. Here I am a 23 year old with a 13 month old and I can't make my husband happy and I have issues with estrogen? I don't understand this!!! I am to young to have this kind of problem..... I am so scared that it will lead to something else since I already do have the HPV virus.
Please some one help and give me some insight on this...

What can I do next?

23 is young to have problems, but are you breast nursing?...that is known to do a number on hormones that allow for lubrication. In some cultures that allow polygamy, women who are nursing are not expected to have or want sex. (The pressure is off.)
You could always get a second opinion on the estrogen/pain thing, but HPV...I am not sure that is a big issue. There are many varieties of HPV... it is said that many women defeat the virus eventually, without help. Only some varieties cause cancer...was your provider able to tell you what/which type you have?

Check out this web site WWW.sottopelletherapy.com I can't tell you how this has been a life saver for me personally, (and for my family and husband). I know a lot of women and men who use this treatment. It works on so many hormone issues. It's very interesting to find out about your hormones, and this hormone therapy replacement center is the first treatment that's worked for me ever! It's for all ages and all different issues. They can honestly find what your system lacks or has to much of and they can make your life so much happier.

I hope this helps, anyone I've reccomend Sotto Pelle to has been grateful and happy.
Good Luck.

Hi D.,
I had similar issues for approx 6 months or so after birth. They said it had to do with breast feeding. I got the creme they recommended to get my levels back up but it was $ 90 more than I had and I too was scared of what was next when I myself was only 25. Well I resorted to lubrication to help w the dryness and when I stopped nursing my son everything went back to normal. I am not sure if your nursing or not but I hope this has helped somewhat.

How severe are your symptoms? I found that when I breastfed and right after I weaned, my hormones went nuts. I even had a false pregnancy test with blood work and they said it was because of my hormones and breastfeeding (I had a pregnancy test before having surgery.) Hormones can cause dryness and cause pain during intercourse. Lubricants can help. I've also used Progesterone creme (endocreme 900 serum) which has helped with any hormone imbalances that I've had or have. It sounds like a hormone imbalance to me but I'm not a doctor...just a woman whose had those symptoms... :) I'd get a second opinion also but don't worry. Hormones can cause crazy symptoms!

I'm 26 and I have problems with dryness. I'm pretty sure it's because I'm still breastfeeding my 10 month old. I had the same problem when I had my first child, but after I stopped nursing, the issue resolved itself. I haven't used any of the hormonal cremes, but the KY Liquid Silk seems to work well and isn't as irritating as some of the other lubricants. I would probably try something over the counter first because from what I've heard the hormone creams are pretty costly. If you're on birth control, maybe try switching types. Dryness is a side effect of certain birth control meds so that could be causing it. Best of luck! Things will get better.
