Please go to the Doctor to get the swish and swallow for yeast. While you wait For an appointment please eat some yougart or drink buttermilk.
Go to the health food store and let them know that you have yeast in your mouth. Did your doctor say that it was candida? If so you need to stay away from sugars, milk products and products with yeast in it. Be sure to be taking a good multi vitamin. Eat yogurt since it contains probiotics. Drink water stay away from coke products. There is stuff at the health food store that I was take specifically for the candida. Find a good dietician. They usually say stay away from food with hormones in them that is why I would get my food at a health food store. Is your tongue shedding or are you gettin lessions in your mouth from the yeast? Asking cause I suffered with what they were saying was candida cause it looked like yeast but winded up being something else and I had to get meds for it. I mean my mouth would burn like fire just from drinking water. It was really painful!
Try acidophilus. That's all I can think of.

One of my babies had it in his first year, when he was on antibiotics and the doctors called it thrush. Thats when I learnt some about it.
Its probably because you have a weak immune system because you are using medications. I agree with the previous poster that one way to reduce the negative effects of antibiotics is to increase the consumption of probiotic yoghurt. Another way to attack this problem is to increase oral hygiene .... flush your mouth with water, immediately after consuming any food or beverage. We also used an anti-fungal cream on my boy's thrush .... ask your doctor about it.
For arthritis, try anti-inflammatory foods .... fresh ginger root juice, turmeric (powder cooked with lentils or veggies). Fenugreek seeds and bitter gourd (or bitter melon) could help with diabetes. Ask your doctor before you try anything new. Good Luck.
Call your doctor and ask him/her for advice.
Difucan and probiotic 12 plus by Dr. Ohirra. It is the best probiotic on the market and it can be ordered online from many places. Just type in probiotic 12 plus. The diflucan is an antifungal by prescription.

I am not sure on your yeast issue, but I have a suggestion about diabetes and hypertension. I have learned a lot about both diseases recently and to my surprise a huge issue with diabetics is their diet. I have seen a lot of recipes and foods that are recommended for diabetics and they don't make sense. Diabetes is caused by a spike in insulin right? Well, most carbohydrates (ie breads, grains, cereals) spike your insulin levels. The best way to keep your insulin levels down is to drastically decrease the carbs as well as most processed food (which is filled with junk that may spike levels as well). I highly recommend trying what is called the Paleo Diet. Going back to the caveman days of eating meat and veggies. No processed food. There is a great book on it with plenty of wonderful and easy recipes. Give it a try it might work!!
Caprilic Acid supplements. Also, lots and lots of flora in the refrigerated section of your health food store. Lots of raw vegetable juice.

Yeast in the mouth is common in diabetics if the diabetes is not completely in control. Most mouth yeast infections and thrush are from medications you take. Because you takes meds and are Diabetic, you need to consult with your doctor. I would not take any more medications for the yeast infections without talking first to my doctor.
Let me know what you find out

P. S. A lot of medications that slow down the immune system cause yeast mouth infections. Diabetic medications slow down the immune system.
I low blood sugar but sugar is bad for me.
Last yr at this time after 3 days of an antibuotic Ideveloped Thrust (yeast of the mouth) Nothing seemed to help. I started drinking a Jansen green tea. Which I found at Tom Thumb stores and health food stores.
The tea has helped a lot. I am still drinking the tea once daily. No thrust today. It took me a long time to get rid of my thrust. Good flora helped also.
You can use Gentian violet. You'll have to ask for it. All you do is swab your mouth with it. Your whole mouth will be purple but it works. Otherwise the doctor can prescribe you something.
see your doctor he can give you a suspension to rinse with that really helps. Get well soon
The thrush in your mouth is just a symptom of an out-of-balance body. You have several issues that can be handled with good supplements. That's what I do -- help people with their health (and weight -- I'm also a weight-loss coach). I don't know how much I can say in this forum, but I would be happy to help you. Contact me if you would like some free advice.

I agree wholeheartedly with the women who suggested probiotics yogurt and/or acidophilus (sp?). The yeast infections are an imbalance in the body and yogurt will not harm your medication routines. My mother is a diabetic educator and she fully recommends this...she is also a homeopathic nurse...always check with your doctor and hit the health food store! Good luck, dear.
You can take an herbal supplement called Lysine. Helps with mouth ulcers too. Completely safe and pretty cheap. You can get it at any reputable pharmacy or dietary supplement store
