Perhaps doing both of these things, can bring in more income for yourself... AND the good thing about it is it is not some work from home "sales" thing were you have to buy your supplies/inventory nor, have home parties. This is about working FOR a real corporation/company, and getting residual income from it.

Yes there are several work at home jobs/and or work at home businesses. I have been working from home for 4 and 1/2 years. I was telecommuting and then I took on a home business in the wellness industry. Now I am ONLY working my business and my son has not had to spend on day in day care. ( I do know that is the ideal so I am not bragging )

I know some children have a very difficult time. And it makes if painfully difficult for us moms when we must leave them. We parents are forced to do that when it is our only option.

How hold is he? It could be a phase.

I had a lil girl at the church nursery i worked at do the same thing. What we did to get her out of the phase was show them that mommy and sitter are best buds ( smile at each other, hug each other, laugh,) show him that it'll be fun, then said to them she'll be back.. and then if after 20 min to an hr and still is crying, we brought mom back in and then tried again then next sunday.

Might wanna try that... preferably, if possible with the person watching him... So he does get use to the person.. and practicing it on the weekend if you can.. or arrive rather early... and try it out...... Just a suggested..

I understand when my son was 3 he went through this phase. The way I handle was to tell him it made mommy sad to see him cry but that she got energy from his kisses which helped me get back to him sooner. He loved this but we had to give at least 10 kisses before I left him. At least he stopped crying and I really believe we both had better days.

I don't think there is emotional damage done, but it is certainly best if you can be the one home raising him and being able to bond with him during all of his "firsts"...
