I am new to the Reading area, and would like to enroll my daughter in Gymnastics. I have heard about Kinder Kids, but not too ectensive, they focus more on the dancing (balance) part of it. She is currently enrolled at Kinder Kids for ballet, and tap she has so much energy, she needs an outlet, and I'm hopeing that ballet will also help her to be more graceful, and gymnastics will help her get more balance. She always is falling, and running into walls. I'm hoping the bumps, and bruises will be a result from something productive, instead of carelessness! If anyone has any suggestions for a place to go in Spring Township, or surrounding area. She is 6 years old.

What can I do next?

I have also have 3 children, 8, 3, and 18 months. My 8 year old is enrolled in gymnastics at Berks Gymnastics Academy and she loves it. She has been going for 3 weeks now and so far o good. There are very experienced teachers there and this is definitely a place to seriuosly learn gymnastics. They are located near where 422bypass and 222business meet. Here is a link to their website. www.berksgymnastics.com They are reasonably priced, I paid $135 for a 10 week session. I hope this helps!!!

Have you mentioned your daughters clumsiness to her pediatrician? If she is running into things alot, it can be a sign of a medical problem or problems with her eyesight. I would mention it to her doctor if you hadn't already. As far as a schol for gymnastics, there is one on Rt.10 a block down the street from the UGI building that is supposed to be pretty good.

My daughters were both on a waiting list to get into Berks Gymnastics. My 8 year old starts this Tuesday, and my 3 year old starts in a few weeks. I was told it was by far the best place to send your children.

Don't get me started on Kinder Kids, we just had a fall out with them this week. Lol. But I would try Berks Gymnastics. They offer alot of GREAT programs there. I went there when I was a kid. I loved it. Here's their website. You can see they offer alot of different programs for kids. I think she will really like it there. Have Fun!http://www.berksgymnastics.com/index.htm
