I need help with my garden. I have noticed over the last couple of days that there is something that seems to be eatting my plants. It is mostly on my roses and honeysuckles. I have taken a close look and I can't see any bugs but the leaves are full of holes and some have been eatten all the way to the stem. I was wondering if any of you have an idea about what I can do about this. Specifically, I was looking for a "natural" solution that I could spray on the plants to get rid of the bugs or whatever it is. I have a 4 year old and a 13 month old so I would love to find something that works without a lot of chemicals. Thanks in Advance.

I had the same problem with my Peony plants. I bought a bag of lady bigs at Home depot and sprinkled them on the plants and they had a feast! My plants seem a little healthier but still too early to tell. Good Luck
I heard dish soap & water around, and/or on the plants to keep bugs away. Hope that helps!
I was having that same problem with my inside Gardenia plant. I use healthier non-toxic products in my home and actually was able to cure my plant with some of my cleaning products. Which is great because my home is all about being chemical free. I can also use them on outside plants. If you would like to know more you can email me at: ____@____.com
S.,
Try using liquid dish soap and warm water around you plants and even put some in a spray bottle to spray the leaves. Also sounds like you may have Athids (not sure that I spelled that correctly 5:30 am yuck!) they love roses and they really don't look like bugs unless you take a really close look at the little brown spots on your roses leaves and stems then you might be able to see'um. For them Live Lady Bugs. They love to eat athids.
Good Luck
