The other mom who mentioned that you can't laser light hair is correct, laser hair removal really only works for dark hair. I would wax it, or just shave it off. Shaving is inexpensive, easy and you can do it at home in about 15 seconds. It will not change the texture of your hair as it grows back, that is a myth.
Good luck!

If it is light, you can shave it. Contrary to popular belief, it does NOT come back thicker or courser. (You aren't doinjg anything to the root to change it's growth) I started doing this, because my foundation would make the hairs stand out more. I shave my 'moustache' area every time I shave my legs about every other day. I've been doing this for years. It takes about 10 seconds, and I have never felt 'whiskery' as a result.

Okay, I have a facial hair issue as well. My hair is very dark though so I have to do something about it every day. I just didn't have the time to pluck every day so I looked into getting an Emjoi Intimate. I think I googled it. It has worked for me for a while now and it is so nice to get it all plucked at one time and be done for the day. Good luck.

YOu can wax but the only thing bad about that is then you have to wait until the hair is long enough to wax it again. I just pluck mine. It takes a while the first time you do it to get all the hair but after that if you just take a fast look every day to every other day you will only have a few hairs to pluck at a time. And just like waxing after a while a lot of the hair just stops growing back.

I don't think that they can laser very light fine hair. My friend just uses Nair.

Hi, ACTUALLY you CAN laser light hair, and for the upper lip area it is not very expensive considering you won't ever have to worry about it again. If you wax or shave your upper lip the hair will grow back coarser. Trust me, I have battled this same issue for years. Please just schedule a consultation at the American laser center. It is free, and they guarantee the results for two years after the series of laser treatments are over. There's some ALC's in Salt Lake. It's worth learning about if you really want the hair gone and you don't want to worry about shaving, etc.

I use the sally hansen sugar wax for the face. Works great for me, easy to use, and isn't all that expensive either. I think I normally get it at WalMart, but I'm sure you can find it everywhere. I don't have to use it that often, so the box usually lasts awhile. Good luck!
