Hello K., Since I was in my early 40's I have been a health nut, believing in living as close to nature as possible. Bananas are great source of potassium but leg cramps are a symptom of calcium deficiency. Find a good natural source supplement (NOW company is good and you can get it at Walmart) Make sure it is balanced with Vitamin D and magnesium for best absorption take before bedtime. This should help very quickly.
