High-speed Internet/phone Service

HI !!!

I have timewarner cable i am paying 98.99/month is for digital cable about 300 channels internet that includes antivirus,antispyware and phone the phone includes local,long distance and calls to canada,caller id ,3 way calling and you can add voice mail for 3.95/month i don't pay anything for installation and works good and if you have any problems they have costumer service 24/7 i have time warner for about 3 years now and i just have a very little problems but they fixed.

Vonage was terrible for me. I use Time Warner, I doubt it would be cheaper, but they are way better and they have the digital phone service like Vonage. I just couldn't use it we had bad reception in our house.

I have Packet 8 which is the Vonage competition for VIOP phone service. I get a discount through the work at home company I work for so it is only $19.99 a month for unlimited monthly calls(local and long distance)But even without the discount I think it is still less than $30 a month.
We have Verizon FOIS in our neighborhood but I have heard really poor things about their customer service etc.
The company I am with also offers high speed internet with phone etc. for less than $50 a month. Let me know if you want more details.

We have our phone, internet and cable with Time Warner. We had to get it after the tree line behind us closed up and we couldn't use Direct TV. The package price is about 99 a month for all of it.
Great price for us compared to what we used to pay for all of it.
Too bad we are really unhappy with the service. I am waiting for a service man to come out today to fix the phone. The installation was very bad. The poor guy that they sent to us really didn't seem to understand how things worked! One time my husband was on hold for customer service for so long he took his phone and stood in line in person and got service faster there!
We asked a lot of people about Time Warner before we got it and most said that they were happy about it. (?)
Verizon is digging in our front yard as I am writing this for FIOS to be installed!!! I can't wait! We had our phone service with them for the past 9 years and never had a problem.
In our case we got what we paid for! :)
