Hello all you fabulous mams out there. Are any of you currently working part time for a solid home-based business that you would recommend?
Absolutely. I am partnered with Work At Home United and would be glad to share ALL the information.

I work part-time as my own boss (freelance writer). I highly recommend looking at your own skill set and considering whether you might work as a consultant. You'll make a whole lot more money than with party sales and give yourself intellectual challenge. It truly isn't that hard to start your own business.
Hi A.,
How many hours are you wanting to work? I know with my little one running around I needed a job that was super flexible with the hours yet needed to make enough money to make it worth my valuable time. If you are interested I can show you how to make $100 in 3 hours per week that's $400 per month and then double it to $800 the next month. This is working just 3 hours per week. Again, I don't know your goals or time avail so if you are interested send me an email and I will get you more details! Here's my email: ____@____.com
Thanks,
B.

The Pampered Chef, hands down. You didn't say where you are--I'm in California and would love to have you join my team if you are, too, or even if you're not--there's no requirement that you live in the same place.
my website is www.pamperedchef.biz/chefnlol. Check it out and let me know if you are interested at all. I've been at it for 11 1/2 years and I love the work and the company is absolutely the best, most moral and supportive company I've ever seen!
I'll also give you a company to beware---Closet World!!! Great product, great customers, absolutely horrible customer service culture and over the top pushy sales management! Too bad--it could be a good biz. You can ask me about that one, too.
I love the one I work with. They address wellness homes. A healthy environment for your home.
Email me if you are interested.

Yes, I would highly recommend Arbonne. With cutting edge consumable products, our businesses are growing. We are a 30 year old Swiss skin care and nutrition company. All of our products are botanically based, do not contain mineral oil, do not contain parabens, are never tested on animals or have any animal by-products in them and many are formulated free of gluten. These are the types of products that are in such demand. Our products were recently at the Oscars in the Gift Suite. Please check out my web site www.marywozniak.myarbonne.com. I would love to explain more if you are interested. PM me and I will send you my number to call. You deserve to at least know the details about this company. I look forward to hearing from you. Good luck!!
Hello A.,
Maybe you would find interest in this type of business. How about capitalizing from services that you already use. Moreover, you can capitalize from services that others already use. By becoming part of the team in this company you have the benefit of earning income from services that everybody uses. Take a look for yourself. www.5linx.net/L463365

If you like "selling," or "marketing" you can look into Melaleuca. You have to find your own clients so it's not a job, but they're reputable, not an MLM so you won't lose anything ( risk free), you don't take orders or deliver products, outstanding products that people buy directly from the company. Depending on what you're looking for, this company has an awesome compensation plan.
There was a question like this not too long ago and someone recommended a website called HireMyMom.com and other sites similiar to that. You can search this site for more information. Good luck!!

I love Shaklee and have been with them 16 years. You can check it out at http://www.shaklee.net/healthforlife They have the highest payouts and highest rated products (don't take my word for it--check it out) and are some of the best people I know. Pluse the supplements have literally saved my life.
There are other good companies, so it is important to match what you like to do.
I will be happy to answer any questions you have.

Yes, this question does come up a lot. I always advise that you find something that YOU like to do. For me, it's Pampered Chef. I've been a consultant for 9 years. Low start up cost ($80-$150 MAX) and they make it so easy for us to make $$ from DAY ONE. You don't get stuck buying anything, don't keep stock in your house (big plus for me), no deliveries and I personally make at least $150 to (my average) of $250 per show which is really only 3-5 hours of work total. I only do about 1 show a week, but other people do more or less. They make it easy for us to make good pay and also give us the opportunity to earn tons of new free products. I have the best outfitted kitchen and I use my stuff every day. You don't need to know how to cook (although a love of cooking like I have helps). I don't need to recruit ANYONE - big plus for me since that's not my "thing". Anyway, my website is www.pamperedchef.biz/elainaskitchen if you'd like to check it out. Best of luck with whatever you decide.
Word of CAUTION: Please take time to Google the company you're considering with the work "scam" after it. You will be surprised how easily you can gather info from people who have actually tried the business. Please don't get involved in anything that REQUIRES you to recruit to make $$. Some businesses ONLY work if you recruit tons of people who will spend $$ on either a stock pile of products or on starter kits. Be careful not to get involved in anything that requires that you "buy" stock from the company to sell - especially if it's a monthly amount. You will NEVER sell it all. A good company will simply fill the orders from THEIR warehouse (that's how Pampered Chef does it by the way). Do your homework so you don't get screwed.
