I need to know where to take my car to get looked at. I'm very wary of mechanics as I believe alot of them overcharge you or tamper with your car so that you have to come back again for more work. Our money is very tight so I need an honest mechanic to tell me what's wrong with my car and won't take advantage of a woman walking into the shop...thanks in advance!
Thanks for all the help girls! I ended up going over to AVC auto..those guys there are great! I only got the estimate but I made an appt to go back and get the car fixed on Wed after our refund goes in. They really explained what was going on to me an they will give me a free rental so that on Wed my 6 yr old and I are not sitting in the waiting room all day!

We absolutely LOVE Dave Mason. He owns a small mom & pop type shop and he is super honest. We have had great luck with him. He's located right accross from the Hospital, by the Wendy's. His # is ###-###-####. Good luck!
We've always had good luck with both the Goodyear in Noblesville (in front of WalMart) and the one in Fishers (116th and Allisonville).
They've serviced our company and personal cars for several years, and we've had no complaints. We've also taken our cars to the dealers for service, and I have mixed feelings on different dealerships. Depending on what kind of car you have, I may be able to make more specific recommendations.
Good luck.
Hi K.! My dad has been taking our vehicles to AVC Auto forever and is very satisfied. He used to go to another place but thought they were messing with our car's so we would have to come back. My "check engine" light was on once and AVC told me what was wrong and what I could do to fix my car myself to save myself money. They are great! They are located on Hague Rd. in Noblesville, right by Noblesville Intermediate School.
