I asked my daughters doctor the very same thing and was told that as long as it was cooked it was okay. I should note that her ped. is VERY specific and strict about when to intro. different foods.
Can I give my 11 month old graham crackers made with honey? I know the cardinal rule is to avoid honey until at least one year of age due to botulisim, but what about products that are made/cooked with honey?

You will be surprised if I will tell you that in India newborns babies are given honey. My own daughter's lips were touched with honey by my mom. It's a tradition there. It's a myth there, the newborn will grow just like the same person who will touch honey on his/her lips.
Honey is taken by kids and adults with some home remedies for sour throat or cough. We never had any trouble using honey among kids even though it is used raw.
You know that's a good question I just gave my 11 month old honey graham crackers the other day without any issues but I didn't even think about that!!! How scary...
I did that with my son when he was that age it was fine no problems. She will love it.
Honey grahams are fine. You just don't want to give it to her uncooked.
I honestly think you would be okay. Looking back I had the same debate myself. I think mine was 11 mos old too! Go ahead, baby will be fine :)
The Honey Rule is NOT to give RAW honey to infants, so under a year thereabouts. Those grahams are baked, so any potentially risky substances found in honey, which is incredibly rare, is gone. So my personal opinion is that Honey Grahams are entirely safe. But, this would be a good question for the industry. I would recommend you call the 1-800 number on the box for consumer reports. But be forewarned, you'll get a lovely corporate, brain washed response.
