B.H.
I am a construction project manager for a commercial construction company and my husband is an Architect (commercial). I don't know too much about residential building but I would say you're looking at at LEAST 125 and up per SF. One thing I do know about residential builders right now is they are laying off left and right with the housing market in the dumps, most companies aren't selling so overhead is being reduced. My best friend just moved into a house at Mills Farm which is located at 159th and Switzer area. From the day they broke ground to the day they moved in (around a year), they went through 3 project managers and 2 Superintendents. She told us last week that the builder has yet to call them or return the calls about the warranty items. If you want me to check around on some home builders I can. I do know a few but one is out south and the other is up north so I don't know what area you are looking. In most new areas, the model homes are up and reading to go and you can get a steal for them since most are sitting empty. Let me know if you need anything.
