I would like to somehow get an Idea on how a deck would look on our front house and then some landscaping things around the hose but I can't draw for anything and neither can my husband! does anyone know of any options (free) that are out there to do this?

Do what I would do.
Go online and find pictures of your dream deck and landscaping. Then when it comes time to get the work done, you can show them the pictures you have found and the experts can let you know why or why not and how much.
The hardest part is finding the different visions of what you want. Magazines are a great source too.
Check out Home Depot or Lowe's or something similar, I don't know if they have computer programs that could help you.
You can also go to the library and look at magazines (Better Homes & Gardens, other home or landscaping ones) and see if there's anything there you'd like.
Google Sketch up is a 3D modeling program, user friendly, free and fairly intuitive to use.
An architecture or CAD student could draw something up for you for a few bucks.
Many contractors will do drawings as part of their service if you use them to build the deck.
Alot of architects, landscape architects and drafters are out of work right now. You may be able to find one who can do the work for a reasonable price. You would have professonal drawings that could be submitted for an accurate bid or if you need a permit to build a deck in your area.
