Hello,
I'm looking for a housekeeper in the Anderson Mill area. We are looking for someone to initially deep clean our house and then come either weekly or biweekly after that. We have looked into Cleaning services, but we were hoping to pay a little less. We have a 3000 square feet house and we are getting quoted $110 for weekly and $120 for biweekly. Does anyone have any suggestions.

My housekeeper is on maternity and her sister is covering her work load plus her reg load, and cannot take anyone on right now - BUT I wanted to tell you that I have had GREAT housekeepers and have the exact square footage that you have and never pay more than $80.00 - $90.00. If you still need someone by January 09, I can refer my housekeeper to you and I am sure she'd be happy to help you.

For that large of a house I would say that is a pretty fair quote. Good luck!
I have a house with about 3000 square feet as well, and if you are fine with hispanic housekeepers, you should be able to find someone who can do it for about $65 or so...depending on how frequently they come.
Try posting your job description with casamarianella.com. Call their main number there along with how much you're willing to pay, and you'll get lots of responses. Just make sure they have references, and you can specify if you want someone who speaks a little English, a lot of English or none at all. Hope you can find someone that you like.
